We support people in working through painful past experiences, trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, parenting challenges, and family concerns, whether you are an adult, teen, or child. Using EMDR and other trauma-informed approaches, we help you get to the root of patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Our work is attachment-informed and focused on building safety, connection, and trust in relationships. We work with many autistic and ADHD clients and approach neurodivergence with affirmation and respect for lived experience, prioritizing autonomy and co-regulation over fixing. Our hope is that therapy helps you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to joy.
